How To Schedule A Pin On Pinterest

That truly depends on you. Tailwind takes care of the scheduling and some of the heavy lifting, but you have to do the work. If you use it as intended then yes it absolutely saves time and is a great tool.
I have used both methods and as long as you pin regularly and consistently either should work.
I must note that using any social media platform for marketing requires work, but I have found Pinterest to be so worthwhile.
